Earlier today I recieved Adobe Master Collection. It is an interesting package and offers everything you want to. It has several exciting software utilities such as Photoshop CS4, Dreamweaver CS4, Illustrator CS4, InDesign CS4, Flash 9 Professional and alot more. One thing I have noticed about the installation is that it is extremely easy to install. Adobe have created a process that easy for the everyday joe out there to use and install.
The thing I discovered at first with this installation is that if you want to install the whole package you have to have alto of harddrive space free on your harddrive. The complete installation takes around 16.9 GB. I have installed it on my 2230s and look forward to trying it and seeing how it works with this hardware. I would not recommend installing it on older hardware. You also have to have time on your hands:-)
Personallly besides these two issues I think that Adobe have created an installation method that works really well.
One factor that I liked during the installation was that the installation told me to close Windows Live Messenger. It’s nice to se an installation that works really well the first time. What I found that I do not like with the installation is that the fan on my laptop winds up all the way. It requires alot of power duirng the installation.
As it looks right now the installation is finished and it took around 2 hours for me. The only thing I have left is to active the installation, but more on that tomorrow. It will be interesting to see how it works with activation and different hardware. I have a desktop here with a Core2Duo E8300 and plan on testing it to see how it works with it.
I am planning on posting on how it works on my 2230s tomorrow.
