Two months ago I purchased an HP Envy 13 just three weeks later I got a dreaded 902 cooling fan error and I talked to HP about what had happened and they told me that I needed to send it in. Naturally I said ok. I shipped it of on a Thursday so that they would have it on Friday. After that I called on Monday to double check that they had received the laptop and was told that they was in process of shipping it back to me, but the thing is that I when I got it back it came back with damage on the casing. I asked the customer service to send a new box with a postage stamp onto it, but they only sent me the postage stamp….. This I received on a Wednesday so I had to call back and ask them to send a new box again.   The following day I called and they told me that it would go as back repair and that it would get priority so that it would be back in my hands within 10 days and I said ok since they told me that I would have nothing to worry about.. After that I was told that they would get the parts needed on 20:th of September. Second time I was told that the current date was 25:th of September. A Saturday?!?!? The weird thing is that their customer service representative told me that they could not believe that the parts  would come in on a Saturday either? So naturally today the 28:th of September I called customer service and the new date was 5:th of October. They also told me that this was still a preliminary date.  If this date stands up my Envy will have been at HP service depot in Sweden for four weeks. Out of the two months that I have owned it so far it will have been broken for six weeks. I am just not certain that the story will end here…..
