I really enjoy using everything about the Snap. Of all the units out there it is my favorite unit out there and probably one of the ones that I can see myself using with all the time. What is weird with this unit is that before I used this unit I have used about 10+ different phones but with this one ofr the first time I actually enjoy using it all the time.
Allow us to compare it to another phone that I have in my possession such as the Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 which in my opinion is a nice unit but it has one fatal flaw where I have never really found it to work reliable for me, but with the HTC Snap I have unit that has the features that I need and always, I mean always work reliable for me.
One test I always perform on my unit to test their reliability and how they work during true multitasking is:
1. First connect to a Bluetooth headset and initiate a call
2. During talking through the Bluetooth headset I send and receive emails
On the other phone Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 this has never really worked for me but with the HTC Snap this is awesome. I can initiate a call without nay trouble with my current Bluetooth headset of choice the Plantronics Voyager Pro and check emails and surf the web without any trouble.
If you are a big texter or email person I can really recommend this keyboard. It has on of those chiclet type of keyboards that are really nice to use. Big space between each of the keys so that you do not have to worry about pressing two keys at once. If you want to use the Swedish keys on the keyboard you at first have to press the sym key and after that press a key that contains åäö. Not the ideal situation but it works really nice when you have gotten used to it.

One thing that is perhaps the most enjoyable part about the HTC Snap is the 2.4 inch Qvga screen. During the few days that we have had good weahter in Gohtenburg I have really enjoyed using the Snap. The screen on this device is perhaps the most clear that I have seen so far under sunderlight.
