So far I have been testing out the Nokia City Lens that has been working surprisingly well to be honest to be considered a beta. When you first open up the application you will find eight destination categories: nearby, food, hotels, shopping, famous, fun, sights and transports.  When you tap on these lists you will be taken to a list where you can see what is located nearby or in augmented reality mode (This one does not seem to work where I live but I plan on testing it in the city tomorrow).   I live in one of the rural areas of Gothenburg and what impressed me is that it managed to find a few of the important sightseeing parts here.  It is an interesting application that seems to be a lot stable so far, what I am missing however is recommendations and pictures from the nearby selection.  Though that is something that’s coming in the full version? I have just tested out this application but so far it seems to be working really well.
